Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Arché Brows Pro is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping; however, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, shipping timelines will be listed in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available.
