Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item + packaging
We’ll review the issue and send a replacement if approved.

Refused Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
